Shifts will be 2.5 hours if you can stay for the entire AM OR PM session (5 hours) please sign up for both 2.5 hour shifts.
Volunteers during this shift can have different roles:
- Organize, Refill and help parents pick backpacks for their children.
- Receive/Fulfill order list from client (order list will be filled out by clients depending on what grade their child is in.)
- Each order list will be represent one child.
- Volunteers will fill child's backpack or gym bag that they have chosen with the designated order list of school supplies.
- Distribute filled backpacks or gym bag to corresponding families.
- Every order list will have a client order number that the family will receive after they have completed updating their client intake. This client order number will help volunteers distribute backpacks to the corresponding family.
- Refill school supplies from second floor into distribution area for volunteers to fill backpacks for families. (Versa Lift will need to be used)
