PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU NEED TO TAKE APRICOT TRAINING BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR THIS SHIFT
Volunteers will:
Verifying application that have been previously completed over the phone.
Update client application data into Apricot for clients who have not previously done an application over the phone.
Many of our clients for the Tools 4 School program are already in our Apricot system.
Volunteers will be searching the client and updating their intake and family member information.
For Spanish speaking clients a Spanish speaking volunteer will be interpreting for the data entry volunteer.
Shifts will be 2.5 hours if you can stay for the entire AM OR PM session (5 hours) please sign up for both 2.5 hour shifts.
