Volunteers will be trained on the gift card process in Apricot
Volunteers signed up will learn:
- How to enter donor information into apricot
- How to process gift cards to specific donors in apricotÂ
- How to link a gift card from a specific donor to a specific holiday hands client
ALL VOLUNTEERS WHO RECEIVE THIS TRAINING AND WOULD LIKE TO SIGN UP FOR A FUTURE SHIFT NEEDS TO BE BACKGROUND CHECKED BEFORE THEIR FIRST SHIFT.
