- Volunteers will receive same day training on our front desk phone system and schedule platform (Squarespace)
Volunteer will be:
- answering incoming volunteer center phone calls,
- checking voice messages,
- calling clients back to schedule Holiday Hands Application appointments in Squarespace,
- greet and assist anyone who walks into the volunteer center,
- receiving donations at the front,
- following up with clients
- help the front desk stay organized
