Role Overview
As a Front Desk Facilitator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, volunteers, and donors. You represent United Way of Hunterdon County (UWHC) by answering calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring each person is guided to the right resource.
Your responsibilities include:

Answering and transferring incoming calls.

Greeting clients, volunteers, and donors at the Volunteer Center.

Scheduling Holiday Hands application appointments (via Squarespace).

Directing clients to appropriate staff or resources.

Receiving and processing donations at the front desk.

Maintaining an organized, welcoming front desk environment.
