Be the welcoming face of our Holiday Hands Gift Store! Volunteers will receive same-day training on our phone system and scheduling platform (Squarespace).
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and donors at the Volunteer Center

Answer and return phone calls and voice messages

Schedule Holiday Hands appointments using Squarespace

Receive and process donations at the front desk

Follow up with clients as needed

Help keep the front desk area organized and welcoming
