Volunteer Information for Tools 4 School Client Application Processing
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Learn to enter client data information into Apricot and schedule clients through Squarespace.
- Access and review intake information filled out by clients online.
- Call clients to complete their application over the phone.
- Schedule clients through Squarespace for an August appointment to verify their application and pick up school supplies.
Schedule:
- Client application processing will take place over the phone on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout July and August.
- We will also need volunteers to enter data during distribution days. School supplies distribution dates are:
- Monday, August 19th
- Tuesday, August 20th
- Wednesday, August 21st
